I had a slice of the most yummy lemon meringue pie earlier today. So light and refreshing on this insanely hot (107 degrees!!) day. It was still on my mind when I came across these light and fluffy cakes with meringue details at Martha Stewart Weddings.com. Loving the top one with the little meringue spikes. It must have taken ages to make all of the little meringue details on the 3rd cake. Gorgeous!
